Westcliff-On-Sea Events & Activities
We organise a wide range of social activities for our residents which take place on a regular basis – daily, weekly or monthly.
We also arrange regular trips out to local attractions in the summer months. We supplement our home run activities with entertainments supplied by external artists.
We are blessed with many ‘Friends of Westerley’. These are volunteers who very kindly give up their time and energy to support the social, recreational and spiritual life of the home and its residents.
Events that take place at Westerley include:
- Daily devotions Monday to Friday taken by either a local preacher or resident. A Minister leads Worship each Wednesday and we hold a Holy Communion service on the first Sunday of every month led by our Homes Chaplain
- Hairdresser visits weekly

- In house panto
- Coffee mornings
- Open Day
- Meals out
