Minehead Flats – Sheltered Housing
Two self-contained one-bedroom sheltered housing units have been converted from a large double garage situated on the site of our Home in Minehead, Somerset.
These flats have been skilfully converted to a very high standard for singles or couples to rent.
Facilities
Each unit is completely equipped for modern living. Each unit contains a double bedroom, wet room including toilet and sink plus a living area and kitchen complete with appliances. Residents are more than welcome to attend services in the home and have use of the communal garden on site. There is a designated parking space near the unit for one vehicle; visitors’ parking is available on the road just outside.
The flats are unfurnished, but include:

- Vacuum Cleaner
- Each flat will have a VOIP telephone included in the rent.
- There will be a wireless call bell system in place and individual video entry phones
- Wi-Fi & a broadband socket in each lounge.

- Slip resistant flooring to kitchen and wet room, specialised carpeting elsewhere

- Floor coverings
On-site manager
There is a manager on-site who will provide support Monday-Friday for the tenants, this will not include care, shopping or laundry. The manager will assist tenants with paperwork & appointment type services.
Priority for admission
