Gainsborough House
Originally a Victorian villa with stabling, it became a Christian Retirement Home for Christians of limited means in 1977, with 10 residents mostly accommodated in the converted stables. Having fallen into a state that required significant renovation and modernising, the site was acquired by LWPHomes in 2017. It has been skillfully converted to provide 10 spacious and modern independent living units for singles or couples to rent, both in the original house and the attractive courtyard.
