Our menu is designed to reflect choice, preferences and good old fashioned home cooking. Our menu is put together in consultation with our residents and our cooks and we can cater for any nutritional needs or problems that you may have. Below is a sample from our vast menu:-

Monday:
Lunch: Chicken Supreme, new potatoes with seasonal vegetables. Bread & butter pudding.
Tea: Welsh Rarebit.
Tuesday:
Lunch: Braised Liver & Bacon, creamed potatoes with seasonal vegetables. Fruit flan & ice cream.
Tea: Jacket Potato with prawns.
Wednesday:
Lunch: Roast Pork, apple sauce, stuffing, roast potatoes with seasonal vegetables. Rhubarb crumble & custard.
Tea: Goujons of Plaice & French fries.
Thursday:
Lunch: Beef Cobbler, creamed potatoes with seasonal vegetables. Treacle tart & cream/ice cream.
Tea: Sandwiches, cheese & biscuits.
Friday:
Lunch: Poached Salmon & taragon sauce, new potatoes, carrot & peas. Lemon sponge & cream.
Tea: Bacon & waffles.
Saturday:
Lunch: Sweet & sour pork, rice & peas. Bananas & custard.
Tea: Scampi & French fries.
Sunday:
Lunch: Roast Lamb, mint sauce, roast potatoes with seasonal vegetables. Homemade apple pie & ice cream.
Tea: Sardines on toast.
